Dyrehøj Vineyard

5 km from the hotel, you’ll find Denmark’s largest vineyard—Dyrehøj Vingaard—with over 30,000 plants spread across 15 different varieties.

Dyrehøj Vingaard’s shop and wine bar are open every day of the year. In the shop, you can explore a wide range of award-winning wines and spirits produced on-site. The focus is on white wines, rosés, and sparkling wines, but you’ll also find dessert wines, fortified wines, ciders, and fruit wines. In the spirits section, there’s gin, whisky, grape brandy, liqueurs, and much more, all produced at the vineyard.

In the wine bar, you can explore RÖS wines. There are at least 12 open wines available for tasting, and the wine dispensers allow you to sample them all, bit by bit. If you get hungry during your visit, you can enjoy charcuterie in the wine bar or a good meal in the café. End the day with a glass of chilled rosé or a cup of coffee on the terrace.
